The wide living room areas have a comfortable sofa bed with slatted frame and at high-density mattresses where it’s possible hosting up to 2 people. You can choose to prepare 2 single beds or 1 queen-size bed. All of them have LCD TV, free WI-FI 24h and a welcoming terrace with chairs and table.
The kitchen areas are completely equipped with dishes, gas hob, big refrigerator with freezer, microwave or traditional oven.
The bedroom is very spacious, furnished with wardrobe, queen-size bed and it also hosts a bunk bed with slatted frame and spring paddings.
Comfortable bathrooms (recently renovated) with shower cubicle and window.
They have independent air-conditioning, private parking space where leaving the car and forgetting it to spend holidays in confidence.

- The accommodation rate includes: 1 parking space, consumption of electricity, hot and cold water, gas.
- Accommodations will be consigned after 03.30 pm.
- Departure within 10.00 am.
- Reservations are accepted for a minimum stay of 7 days from Saturday to Saturday.
- If the accommodation won’t be left cleaned and tidy as consigned, an additional charge for costs of cleaning will be debited.
- Further conditions are set out in the binding reservation agreement.
- At the arrival, it’s necessary delivering personal documents and/or personal data of whom occupies the flats, even if it’s a guest just for one night.
